Before Installation

- Verify that the floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces are level.
- Check all components and hardware before assembly.
- Remove dust and debris from all contact surfaces.
Frame Installation
Frame Leg Fixing Boards
- Trim the boards to fit the wall studs according to the measured opening height.
- Maintain equal spacing along the full height.

Frame Head Fixing Board
- Trim the board between the frame leg fixing boards according to the opening width minus the frame leg width.

Adhesive and Foam Application
- Fix the boards by applying High Tack adhesive between or foam the wall and board contact surfaces.
- Ensure the spacing is as shown in the drawing.

Architrave-Free Door Frame Assembly Sequence
- Secure the hinged-side frame part using screws through the hinge recesses (red).
- Install the frame head (green) in the opening and ensure it is level.
- Install the frame legs (blue).
- Hang the door leaf onto the frame.

Alignment and Adjustment: Checking the Frame Alignment
- Verify that the frame is plumb and level.
- Ensure all gaps are even and consistent.
- Check the straightness of the frame and door opening.
- If adjustment is required, insert spacer blocks (shims) between the fixing boards and the frame to achieve the correct alignment.

Floor Levelling
- If the floor is uneven, level the frame by placing suitable spacer blocks under the frame at the lowest point.
- The gap between the floor and the bottom of the frame must not exceed 2 mm.
- If the gap is greater than the permitted tolerance, the height of one side of the frame must be adjusted by trimming.

Final Fixing
After alignment has been confirmed, secure the frame using foam or High Tack adhesive. Ensure uniform distribution of the adhesive or foam.
